we are Wenke and Frank Hofmann from Freudental.
Here on the farm, north and south, east and west meet.
Young and old enjoy our homemade ice cream. Out freshly milked milk
our delicious ice cream is made right here on the farm.
Without artificial flavors
taste the pure nature with our ice cream. Our fruit ice cream is a pure fruit sorbet. Only healthy fruits. So don't be afraid of lactose intolerance.

and watch the cows like them

Hello, my name is Frank Hofmann.
I am a farmer by profession and am now the third generation to run our farm here in Freudental.
The love for nature and animals was already in my cradle.
I am a farmer through and through !!
My daily tasks include taking care of the approx. 50 animals in the barn and milking the cows twice a day.
So we always have enough fresh milk for our ice cream and milk machine.

Hello, my name is Wenke Hofmann.
I discovered my love for gastronomy and cows early on. Everything that looked like cow was collected.
And then I met my dream farmers !!!!
Everything fit together here in the yard: the man, the cows, the milk.
More than 10 years ago, we decided to make ice cream from our milk. And so I went back to school at the ice school, which I graduated with distinction.
