On our farm, North and South, East and West meet.

Frank Hofmann
Hello, my name is Frank Hofmann.
I am a farmer by profession and now run our farm here in Freudental in the 3rd generation.
My love for nature and animals was instilled in me from birth.
I am a farmer through and through!!
My daily tasks include, among other things, caring for the approximately 50 animals in the barn and milking the cows twice a day.
This means we always have enough fresh milk for our ice cream and our milk vending machine.

Hello, my name is Wenke Hofmann.
I discovered my love for gastronomy and cows at an early age. I collected everything that looked like a cow.
And then I met my dream farmer!!!!
Everything fit together perfectly here on the farm: the man, the cows, the milk.
More than 15 years ago, we decided to produce ice cream from our own milk. And so I went back to school at ice cream school, which I completed with honors.
